Fruity Maca Smoothie

Sadly I don’t have a fancy juicer, or even smoothie maker so I make do with my hand held Braun mixer.  Hence I favour soft fruits! I threw these together the other day and made a rather delicious smoothie.

  • Fresh peach, chopped
  • Granadilla
  • Spoon of Maca Powder
  • Spoon of Hemp Seed Powder
  • Water to mix
